NATURE'S THEATER • • SUMMER DAY CAMP
2018 CAMP was a success!
Theater Games
|
The Campers will learn and perform a story about FIRE. We have chosen to feature the fire element because of the devastating Napa fires in 2017.
|
KIDS CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY FEEL CONNECTED TO -WE USE HUMOR AND STORY TO CONNECT THEM TO NATURE.
Kids will learn and perform a NATURE'S THEATER walking Play called "FIRE SPIRITS", and present it to parents, family and friends on Friday. During their week, they will learn acting skills that can be applied to public speaking, leadership and performing on stage. With a session on survival skills and informative learning about the Fire element and environmental stewardship we share ideas that stay with them as a life long gift.

OUR SUMMER CAMP Theatrical PLAY IS ABOUT FIRE Stories heal, and bring understanding. |
With the events of the last year in California , we introduce a new FIRE themed walking play for camp called "Fire Spirits". As the kids lead the story - it will inform about fire in mythical and informational ways. When the campers lead, mentor and help other kids, it empowers the budding performers to become leaders.
At pickup, we encourage parents to bring siblings and the camper's friends to experience the walking play. |
